Maybe there’s one thing you keep meaning to do for your health.

You know it would probably help. You may have even done it successfully before.

But somewhere between intention and real life, it keeps becoming harder than you think it should be.

Maybe it works at the beginning of the week and disappears once things get busy. Maybe you keep changing the plan. Maybe you’ve started wondering why something that sounds so simple is taking so much effort.

It’s easy to assume you need to try harder.

The Capacity Audit gives you five days to get curious instead.

You’ll choose one recurring difficulty, look at the patterns and circumstances around it, explore what may be contributing, and identify one small adjustment worth testing next.

By the end of the five days, the goal isn’t to have your whole health figured out. It’s to understand one recurring difficulty more clearly and have one useful next step to experiment with.

What’s included

  1. Five days of guided self-reflection, with brief daily activities from Monday 26–Friday 30 October 2026.
  2. A private Facebook Group for registered participants.
  3. A 30-minute Zoom wrap-up and group Q&A on Friday 30 October, 11:00–11:30 am AEDT.
