Supplements for Energy – My Tip Especially if you’re running on empty

I use supplements for energy.

Almost all of us could use more energy, am I right?

This is my recommendation and my story.

Because of the massive difference supplements made to my life, I also sell those same supplements.

I Didn’t Believe It

If I needed a recommendation, most people would say just ask your doctor.

Yes, if you have a specific medical condition this is a good recommendation.

But many doctors have something like one unit of nutritional training during their entire studies.

In hospitals they defer to nutritional specialists.

In GP clinics most often they won’t support the recommendations of a supplement, this is mostly to do with liability.

There are so many supplements for energy out there, of varying quality and helpfulness. So doctors are best off just saying no.

This doesn’t mean a supplement for energy won’t be helpful, but that they can’t afford the liability.

In lots of cases we need, or at least want advice from our doctors on taking a supplement for energy.

I didn’t, I don’t have any health issues, and I make sure that any supplement I take is real natural food-based. I checked out the owners, the ingredients and got to know the results people were getting.

As it is just food, I was unlikely to have any side effects that I wouldn’t find with normal food.

A better question is to ask when seeking advice is:

“Is this safe for me to take with my medical history?”
or
“I am going to take this, will you monitor me?”

When Luke brought that supplement home for me to try I was literally having microsleeps at the wheel driving back and forth from the hospital.

I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Mackenzie was 6 months old, with no routine, waking 6 times a night.

When You Realise How Tired You Are

When you’re looking for supplements for energy there are the defaults that most people look too: caffeine, guarana & sugar.

These things can have side effects, and long term can cause issues that make you more tired and have less energy.

The next thing that can be very helpful is more sleep, eating well and exercising.

But hang on a moment – the problem is “I don’t have energy, I can’t drag myself off to exercise & I can’t change my sleep situation.”
