These are Luke and I's sleep tips to cope with being in hospital. Matthew was in hospital 50% of the time, Sleep is super important to cope with everything life as a parent of a medically fragile child can throw at you.

Doing many admissions with Matthew, exercise in the hospital was the only option. Special needs mum's need to take care of themselves & exercise is a great step!
