Ultimately respite for special needs children means someone else will take over caring for your child so you can take a well deserved break from caring responsibilities. The saying 'It takes a village to raise a child' is even more true for a special needs child.

Doing many admissions with Matthew, exercise in the hospital was the only option. Special needs mum's need to take care of themselves & exercise is a great step!
